This class is an introduction to the potter's wheel, focusing on wedging, centering, shaping, trimming, and glazing. A variety of functional forms, including cups, bowls, and plates, will be taught. The class is designed for those who are interested in trying something fun and new and all pottery will be finished with food-safe glazes.
